Xfinity isn't issuing my refund

after I opened three escalation tickets, and have the customer support delayed responses, I'm planning to share my experience here.

you guys need to be aware, don't ever do an auto pay. Xfinity took 270$ from my account after I put my service on hold.

they took from me 70$ + 70$ + 130$ for every month from my bank account.

and I have escalated this and went to store with no help at all.
