Xfinity is wrong for this

It clearly states that an individual may apply for, obtain, and utilize the lifeline and affordable connectivity benefits at the same time. They may be used for wifi and/or home Internet and for phone at same time. Also that these may be used with multiple different providers, it doesn't have to be the same one. As well as they may be combined with any other offers available too. Yet here without notice Xfinity takes me off the plan and billing me for the month of November when both months I have had it (Nov, Dec) have been covered and payment accepted for service by Xfinity. Welcome to our Community Forum, @user_55iz6m! The ACP is a government program with eligibility requirements outside Xfinity's control. Only one Affordable Connectivity Program is available per household and can only be applied to one provider at a time. If customers are eligible for Lifeline benefits with another provider, they can sign up for ACP as well, which can be used with another provider. You can read more here.
