Xfinity is the worst
Literally been trying to cancel my plan for 2 hours. I can sign up for internet online. But for some reason you can't cancel with out talking to some one. Will never be back company is the [Edited: "Language"]

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
