Xfinity is overcharging me

I called xfinity about a month go. I removed a bunch of things to lower my cable/internet. My bill was lowered down to $140. I asked for 800 mbps a month which is $65 a month. They only gave me 200 mbps and are charging me $90!!!! 200 mbps is $35. My new bills is $289. How did it go from $140 to $289??? The price went up for no reason. I'm sick of this company. They are the worst!! I also tried calling over and over again. It's just a recording saying the same thing over again. It's impossible to talk to a human. THAN it told me to chat online, and guess what?? That was impossible to. It kept saying that all there agents were to busy with other and to call 1800 xfinity. Iam reporting this company to the better business beureu. This company is scamming so many people. I read so many of the same problems I have!!

I fired Xfinity several months ago because they were helping themselves to more and more of my money each month.

They did so without any communication.

As of yesterday and without providing me ANY TYPE of SERVICE , my bank statement says Xfinity debited $204.59 from my checking account.

i chatted with customer service.

they promised for the 2nd time to call me within a few minutes so they could refund their ill gotten gain.

They did not call me again.

im going to report Xfinity to the Better Business Bureau.

I live on $600 per month.

Xfinity is robbing me.
