Xfinity is illegally charging customers for In Active Equipment

[Edited: "Solicitation"].  They are an illegal monopoly that overbills and then does not admit to their wrong doing or adequately compensate for stolen money.

For 21 months Xfinity has overbilled me for equipment and will only refund 4 month. 

If Xfinity Customer Service is reading this, please respond as to who I need to speak.  I'm going into Xfinity store today to cancel my 20+ years of loyalty and raise [Edited: "Language"] until I get my $607.60 back that you stole.

We appreciate you being a customer with us and certainly do not want to lose you. Our policy only allows us to credit up to 4 months of unreturned equipment charges. We would not be able to provide any further credits for unreturned equipment charges. We do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused you.
