Xfinity is HORRIBLE

This isn't a question, but a statement.  Xfinity is absolutely horrible and by far has the worst customer service that I can think of.  I absolutely hate Comcast and long ago ended all of my TV services.  I am forced to keep them for my internet as I don't have another option where I live that I am aware of. My 80 year old mom has had many issues dealing with them, and consistently over charged, or things that were discussed with customer service not being done as discussed.  

Every time I am chatting online, I keep getting disconnected and reconnected with a new agent.  This happens over and over on the same chat, so you never really get anywhere.  The new person connects saying the same old scripted response of how they are the person to remedy the situation.  It's not healthy to find yourself yelling, screaming and saying the vile things I say when dealing with anything regarding Xfinity and their despicable customer service.
