Xfinity is a scam

At this point Xfinity feels more like a scam than a reputable company.  I’ve been trying to resolve my account issues for months now.  I try through the app, and my installment plan didn’t go through.  I was even given a new internet plan and equipment last month, but somehow they just “deactivated it” even though I made it clear I didn’t want my device activated until June because I was moving.  Trying to reach anyone by phone is almost impossible, their AI is awful and hasn’t been trained on how to respond to customers.  I could train their AI agents better than that!  I was on the phone for about an hour and then the last agent sent me back to the main menu.  And every time I get transferred I have to try and explain this long and complicated story EACH time.  At this point it feels like they are intentionally not properly responding for whatever reason.  I give up.  If it goes on my credit, I’ll deal with it later.
