Xfinity is a hassle

Just get a different service provider do not get xfinity they will hassle you with offers that you don't want and you have to keep telling them you don't want it and they won't help you for the actual reason you're calling and one guy even disrespected my mom and gave multiple fake names they are a joke terrible company anyone can work for them

You are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!! I can't believe this company routes ALL customer service calls to the Philippines!!! A joke to say the least! Where are the other companies that supply cable or internet?????

@jiggady1108​ I'm trying to figure out now who imma use. I don't be home often I get like the highest speed you can get because of I use to play games all the time now I'm a otr driver and just want basic speed internet. Sadly xfinity won't help me with this just rude reps trying to give me promotions and not actually listening to what I just told them. I asked for lower speed internet they say "we got a promotion that includes a phone and you'll have a higher internet speed" broooo I just told you I don't be home like that I'm trying to downgrade my speed.
