Xfinity internet promotions for new customers not
I've been looking into lowering my xfinity bill. Noticed you offer 1 Gig internet for 70.00 for 5 years for new customers, but for customers that have been with you for over 30 years , they have to pay 30.00 more! Have been speaking with customer service and was offered a small reduction in my current plans rate. Still doesn't come close to what is offered to new customers. Did tell the agent to cancel my service in the next few days. Just trying one more time before leaving to get a price close to wht new customers get for 5 years

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
