Xfinity Internet is lousy. Termination triggered $170 early termination fee that was never explained when you sign up.
Xfinity is deceptive and most unprofessional. When I signed up for internet, they never mentioned early termination fee. Internet service is lousy and customer service unhelpful. When you call to dispute, they are u sympathetic. Worse customer service in store and over the phone. When I was in the store, the customer representative called Verizon and pretended to be the son of the prospective customer to try to “expose” Verizon’s scam. Talk about unethical practices.
