Xfinity Internet Charges

Hello, I hope you are all doing well. I'm currently having an issue in regards to billing. I thought I had cancelled my Xfinity Internet plan well over 3-4 months after our contract had ended. I've only now noticed that I have overdue charges? I cancelled via chat well over 3-4 months ago and didn't need to return any equipment either as we have our own modem and router. I have no internet data usage at all for those 3-4 months. A family member started a new plan for our house and is paying for it. If you could let me know if I can get these charges removed that would be great. Like I said before, we haven't had any internet data usage on this account for the past 3-4 months because we thought it was cancelled.
