Xfinity Internet and Mobile Bundle

Hello, I signed up for a bundle deal whereby I am supposed to get 45$ credit on my internet bill for signing up for xfinity mobile starting from activation date until one year or when I cancel service.
I havent got any credit regarding on my internet bill so far.
I have cancelled service because i am moving to a new address and not sure of the address because my company is still finalizing leasing terms.
I will activate xfinity again after I move into my new address only if xfinity provides me the credit that they promised.
