xfinity insane bill

my bill went from 55$ to 30$(i was moving) to 111$ (i was not home at ALL) to me it makes no sense to up the price for existing members who have been paying for YEARS. especially with zero notice or any kind of correspondence all i get is some promotion ended. I will be cancelling I am not paying over a hundred dollars for wifi.

I'd be delighted to take a look into your billing, and go over some options that may be a bit more budget friendly. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on your account, and the service address we will be working with today? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
