Xfinity has not provided me my refund after canceling my services [Edit]

Please pay me my refund [Edit: All Caps] of 182.45.

This is why I left Xfinity. [Edit: All Caps] The Service was terrible and no matter how many times I call they tell me the same story.
I want my refund! [Edit: All Caps]
