Xfinity has fraudulently charged me for 2 lines of xfinityMobile for 10 months. I want the whole amount back - FRAUD ENABLERS

The company sneaked in 2 lines of xfinity mobile a couple of months after i took their internet service. I have no emails from them asking if i want this. I distinctly remember not ever getting these lines from them. the just charge you for as long as you don't figure out. This company just runs on this business model - keep charging until caught. The customer reps Doris J and Anna (her supervisor) just had 2 things to say 1) You "must have" received either and email or text message that this service has been activated - i do not see an email in my inbox stating this - the first email about this is directly a bill 2) We can only refund u the last 4 months - while they changed me for 10. These companies are thieves that need to be constantly monitored instead of partners who you can trust. One look away and they're robbing you - you can rest assured.

An update - on 25th Aug 2025 (1 month after the post) - I have had this team unsuccessfully return the amount - what does their soution even mean?  they're just throwing illogical steps and language to confuse and elongate the whole process - I'm literally feeling harassed by their team  - this is the exact reply I got on how they "refunded" me the [Edited: "Personal Information"] they owe me: "You stated you already got the refund on the card that was charged for the [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The other amounts are credits to the account balance to bring it to zero owed, so no future charges are applied. They wouldn't be refunded to a card as they weren't paid before we credited them off the account. At this time the mobile account is closed, and no balance remaining as the credits applied made the balance $0. - XfinityEricB"

What do they even mean? what future charges? I do not want anything in the future with you guys. They apparently gave the money back to the account and closed the account. How is this[Edited: "Inflammatory"]a solution?
