Xfinity has been ripping me off for months

My bill suddenly goes up after a year from $35 to $80....$90....$133......wtf?

Ive called to cancel my service a dozen times. I always get the runaround and the rep always tries to sell me another plan rather than just close my account. Meanwhile i dont even use their service and Xfinity has continued to bill me monthly for ridiculous amounts and im not paying it. Ive requested forms from my states attorney general and the better business bureau. Xfinity is trying to build up a huge bill and has refused to close my account for 3 months. I first became upset when Xfiniy went into my bank account and stole $130. Never gave them the ok to do so and my bank has assured me they will not allow them back in. If i went into Xfinity's bank account I'd be arrested. DECIDING TO GET XFINITY TO PROVIDE MY $35 A MONTH WiFi IS THE WORST DECISION IVE MADE SINCE THE INTERNET WAS INVENTED and i would never recommend Xfinity to anyone. They stole from me and they continue to harass me and will not just close my account.
