Xfinity fraud

I’m trying to get a money back on internet service I pay for almost 10 years of service and pay for a speed of 800 and am only getting on average 368 that’s getting 46% of the service using Xfinity speed test on customer service app.  I have tried to talk/chat and when I get a response they offer me $50 are you kidding me they are committing fraud it’s like buying a car and only getting half the car. Good thing I have been taking screen shots of speed tests over the years. I can’t even get them to respond to any requests to solve multiple problems I have. Looks like maybe a legal battle along with the shutdown of service everyday they do to upgrade there software and system, they need to deduct 15 minutes a day of the service also as I should not pay for your upgrades to service me the customer.
