Xfinity Error caused Disconnect Service

I have been on the phone with 8 different people and hung up on several times. 

I had a loss of income and arranged an installment plan with an agent who waived the initial down payment. My monthly installment plan was supposed to start this month (May 2026), my bill is due 18 May, my bill statement shows that my current monthly charges, and my first installment and some fees and other charges. The 8th agent I spoke to said the initial down payment can’t be waived and is due today 17 May and my services are discontinued. However no where the bill printed April 26th does it date that I owe $71 on 17th and the remainder of the bill due on the 18th (my monthly due date) , it only shows everything is due tomorrow so why in the heck was my service discontinued. I’ve been told I can’t trust the bill I receive in the mail and have to also look at the app which makes zero sense to me. The amount of excuses I’ve been told when it looks like this is a system error because since when is a bill due the day before the due date. I’ve been a customer the last 4 years with no issue and now all of a sudden I’m suspended
