XFINITY does not follow through on their offers.
Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a promotional offer I was given when I switched from AT&T to Xfinity in December. I was promised $150 (to cover half of my remaining device balance needed to unlock my phone), but I have yet to receive it.
I’ve followed up multiple times and have been told that the refund would be issued either by check or back to my card on file. However, as of today, I still have not received anything.
This has been a frustrating experience, and the lack of follow-through has made the process unnecessarily difficult. I would appreciate an update and a resolution as soon as possible.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
