Xfinity did not provide service still charged my card for 6 momths and now sent me to collections

I talked on twitter and i was told that my account was charged off even though i never got the service for last 1 plus year. help me with this. i tried so many times to cancel but they dont cancel the account ever

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

thank you. Any resources for me to help deal with wrong payment and collection removal? I am ready to trying my best to even return the equipment but no lucn and social media help from Xfinity is not working either. They want me to call collections and would not provide any more help
