xfinity device payment plan set at zero even though i have great credit score
Xfinity agent promised me that my device payment plan will go up in a month, but its been a month and half and nothing happened. also, the agents just act helpful but at the end they dont help at all. I also went in person once and the person in the store was completley rude towards me and my son. this is not at all accetable
