Hey there, @user_79vcmo! Thanks for coming to the community forum with your refund questions. I'm sorry to hear that a previously used debit card has expired, causing concern. Not to worry! Our team here is great to work with because we'll always do everything we can to get the answers you need. We do have a refund policy to refer to, which has most the answers you need. Let me ask you this: is the account closed/disconnected? If so, when was your disconnection date? Then, when did your card expire? Was it the last payment method on file to be used?

Appreciate the specifics user_79vcmo, I would like to take a deeper look at the account history.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
