Xfinity customer service
I have had issues with the price increase in my bill. I thought the matter was resolved butnever able to get confirmation. Then I could not get interactions from any human staff. Only Ai and frustration. Then I was out of internet for two days. Because of these I decided to find other services and started with another provider effective July 17 at 4pm. Let know where to send equipment belonging [Edit: removed personal information]

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there. I can completely understand your frustration, especially after dealing with billing concerns, difficulty reaching a live representative, and then experiencing a two-day service interruption. We certainly never want any of those experiences to leave you feeling unheard or unsupported.
If you've decided to disconnect your services, we'd be happy to help make sure your equipment return options are reviewed with you.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
