Xfinity Customer Service
Since Xfinity went to this AI model, their customer service has got to be the worst in the industry. You can't get answers to simple questions and if you can
speak to a human being, they don't seem to be able to give you the correct answer. I'm being overcharged right now. If I can't get a resolution,
I might as well switch back to T-Mobile.
