Xfinity customer service is terrible

Hello, I was told that I would not be charged for any install for Internet. Instead, I get a $100 bill for install because their internet would not work. Now it is impossible to get thru as Xfinity continually routes you to their AI call or chat, pushing their email chat. It is horrible guest service and I am close to dropping xfinity all together. Please help!!
