Xfinity customer service is hideous

I called to inquire about new internet service. I was told Xfinity was running a special in January for free installation. I shopped around and then called back to sign up.  The 2nd Xfinity rep also told me there was the current promo for free installation at that time. So I signed up and service was installed. I then received my bill and was billed for installation even though I had CONFIRMED this with the rep!!  I called customer service (I HOUR and on hold forever) who said they entered a ticket and it would be resolved.  I logged into my account today and it still has not been credited!!  I called customer service back. The rep told me it was a valid charge because I approved the installation time via text message. I authorized I was home and the install could occur!  I did NOT authorize being charged for installation!!  I'm now on endless hold (1 HOUR) for the "supervisor". If they refuse to fix this issue, I will cancel service and hook up my Starlink at this location.
