Xfinity customer service and billing

Have been trying all day to pay my bill and every time I try to in the app and the website the page always tells me to reload and I'm never able to get to the actual Billing page. I've tried paying through the 1-800-xfinity number as well, even when going through the Xfinity assistant it still doesn't work. How am I not able to speak with anyone to get my problem resolved. Crazy how I've tried everything besides going to an Xfinity store just to pay my bill and cannot.
