Xfinity customer service and billing

Have been trying all day to pay my bill and every time I try to in the app and the website the page always tells me to reload and I'm never able to get to the actual Billing page. I've tried paying through the 1-800-xfinity number as well, even when going through the Xfinity assistant it still doesn't work. How am I not able to speak with anyone to get my problem resolved. Crazy how I've tried everything besides going to an Xfinity store just to pay my bill and cannot.

Good evening @user_k4et4h, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, are you logged in as the Primary Account holder when trying to make a payment?

@XfinityAlyssaA​ , I apologize for the direct message, I believe so. It also asks me to sign in every time I go from account to make a payment. Ends up telling me "looks like something went wrong"

@user_k4et4h Thank you so much for letting me know. When you attempt to log in you are not getting any errors but when you attempt to access the payment options it keeps looping you back to the login screen is that correct?

@XfinityAmandaB yep no problems logging in, only issue pops up after I click or tap make payment it has me sign in no problem then when it goes to redirect to the payment screen it say a problem has occurred and to refresh/try again.
