xfinity customer DISservice/unauthorized charges

Unauthorized Charges: Internet Bill AND Mobile Service (Yes, they are related.)

I keep trying for months to get unauthorized charges removed from my internet account but to no avail. It seems that every time I look at the bill, I see different charges that the employees have no logical explanation for but try to gaslight me. When I asked 15 months ago to remove the TV subscription and remain just with the internet, I ran into more blocks from customer (dis)service... [Why still with Xfinity? There are no other options in my area...]

To make things worse, a mobile bill keeps popping up, although I refused the service offer when I cancelled the TV. They added it anyway... Ever since, I tried to get it removed... At one point, I cancelled the card they used to charge me and (you guessed it) I have been reported to the credit reporting agencies for non-payment and have to deal with creditor nuisance and the pain of disputing the charges...

I am out of options - except legal. Xfinity must refund ALL unauthorized charges immediately and cancel the mobile bill once and for all. While at it, they must explain what the $25 Add-on (Xfi Complete) on the internet statement is.

Should I hold my breath waiting for a (logical, professional, useful, and honest) response? Probably not good for my health, but here's hoping.
