Xfinity complete

I am being charged $25.00 a month for complete. I never requested this. I never accepted an additional charge and yall have been doing this to me for a while now. How is it you can add things like this without permission? There is no way my family used 1 TB of service since the  I don’t Work from home, my kids go to school, and are not gamers.   Someone snuck this charge in and it’s  unacceptable. I’ve also had a camera that hadn’t worked in almost a year.  I’ve tried to get help but customer service is lacking.  Between my mobile bill over $200 a month and my internet bill of $150 we are being stolen from.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
