xfinity chat not honoring price

I have spent numerous hours chatting with xfinity support and thought I got a great deal only to find out I was lied to and they will not honor the price I was given  I have downloaded the chat explaining what I was being offered and even received an order # only to find out that it did not go through and noone will honor what I was offered.  I also called xfinity and was told there was no order on my account.  I explained to them that it's all in the chat but all I was told is they can look into offers for me but that one was too good to be true and can't be honored.  I even spoke with a supposed supervisor that also would not do anything for me.    I have never experienced the lack of customer service as I have here.  The supervisor even admitted that I'm paying way too much but there isn't anything he could do .  I asked to speak with his manager and he refused to let me speak with anyone else.  I can't imagine that Dave N is the highest this can go.  He offered me another deal only to find out it was a slower internet speed.  I explained that we need the highest speed due to working from home and multiple devices connected.  We also have a home phone that doesn't even work.  I also asked 4 different people to remove starz from my account and that is still there.  I'm a long time xfinity customer and I'm at the point that I want to cancel all of my services with them.  Why are you directing people to the chat when noone on there is competent and you won't even honor what they are telling you.  This doesn't make any sense to me.  I am beyond frustrated at this point.  Oh, and they don't give customer service gestures when you are given incorrect information.  At least that's what Dave told me.  All I am asking for is to honor what I was quoted.  Who else can I speak with?

user_6jt0qn, Thank you for reaching out. Like others you have worked with, I'll be glad to cover the existing offers we have available. We can't, however, provide offers that we don't have access to. The pricing discussed during a chat wouldn't count as a formal offer unless a customer approval was sent outlining the details of the promotion. If we don't have the offer in question, we wouldn't be able to sign you up for that promotion to be completely upfront.

Its not good business to have people on a chat that work for xfinity quoting bogus prices. Whats in it for them?

I need to get our plan lowered or I will have to cancel all together.  And please remove starz from my account.
