Xfinity charging unauthorized payments on my card.

Charging me for Mobil i never activated, asked for, no permission given for any services rendered...

Charged me for months. I discovered it, xf8nity refunded me then less than 3 weeks after charges me again, throwing my account into the negative...

All I wanted was internet and it has compounded into a cost I could have never guessed....

Its like my account is not even safe...

Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We never want to see a billing issue like this. Before we get too far, let's ensure we're on the same page with what's going on. Is the incorrect billing you're referring to for our Xfinity Mobile (cell phone) service?

@XfinityJoshuaE Xfinity set up a pending activation account i never asked for and was charging me monthly throwing back balance out. I had to stop all autopay to all bills to catch it and Xfinity still charged my account!

Defrauded me twice in less than six months. This has to be illegal...

You shouldn't be charged for an account you didn't create. We'd love to further investigate this issue together. Would you be willing to send us a private message with your full name and address?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

They have been doing that to me for [Edited: "Language"] near a year. I just now looked at it, they are charging me for a second line I have never used or activated. Been on hold for 25 min now. This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. I should have known when I had so much trouble even talking to someone to setup the account. [Edited: "Solicitation"] Which is my next move if they don’t resolve this.

I’m having the same issues as the other customers.  I’ve called into Xfinity Mobile several times to explain I did not order this service and to take out my payment information that was retrieved fraudulently.   How does Xfinity mobile keep getting away with charging my credit card EVERY month after I’ve explained it’s FRAUDULENT!!   Nothing has changed and I was just charged again.  How can I get removed from this scam??  I’ve wasted countless hours trying to resolve and they continue to charge me each month.  I don’t understand how they are getting away with this!
