Xfinity charging me after cancellation

I was charged for a month after I cancelled my service over the phone, even though I cancelled the service in advance, I was still charged. Then, I called back and they said they would refund me then made me sit on the phone for 1 hour and I was never refunded for the extra month I paid. Today, I was charged yet another month even though I am still using another service and the customer service agent promised he cancelled the service.

Good Morning. @user_1ffyyv I’m so sorry you’ve had to deal with this, especially after taking the time to cancel ahead and being promised a refund. I can imagine how frustrating it is to keep seeing charges when you were told everything was taken care of. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Please send us a DM with your full first and last name along with your full service address, so we can take a closer look, get this fully resolved, and make sure any incorrect charges are addressed right away.
