xfinity charging me $17.99 for Netflix with an invalid email account addres

I just discovered that Xfinity is using an account (invlaid email) that doesnt exist and charging me $17.99 as part of their bulk serivices. I have a separate valid Netflix account that I pay Netflix directly.

Feels like fraud. Who can I report this problem to outside of Xfinity so other unsuspecting customers are not charged erroenously?
