We can't do that for you on this platform as we aren't able to use personal information like bank account or card numbers, but we can provide information on how to get it changed. If you aren't able to update it on the app, you would also be able to do so through our phone agents at 1 800 Xfinity, or with the chat option through our website. The only other option is to go in store if you have one near you.
