Xfinity charged me $30.84 on card and they cant find out what it is for
I have a charge on my card for $30.84 but no one from customer service can help me find what that charge is. I just got a new interenet plan that is going to be paid through my checking account so I have no clue what the charge on my card is. Someone please help!

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
