Xfinity charged me $173.10 incorrectly and I can't reach any real person to resolve the issue

I went to Xfinity store at 1068 E Brokaw Rd #50, San Jose, CA 95131 and aligned with the staff there to CANCEL all my internet services by Jan 22, but was still charged $55 for services from Jan 31 to Feb 29. 

Also, the staff in the store confirmed I do NOT NEED TO RETURN a device to them as I did not rent any modem from Xfinity. However, I was charged another $118.10 unreturned device fee. These in total add up to $173.10 incorrect charges. I still paid because I don't want my credit score to get affected, and now I'd like a refund.

I tried one hour calling and messaging with the bot virtual assistant but didn't make any real progress. This is really frustrating experience. I was considering restarting a service with Xfinity after I return to the States but now I'm doubting the quality of Xfinity service.

Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks.
