Xfinity changed my plan without permission
It seems to be a reoccurring thing for Xfinity customers to have random changes in their plan after a year of service. Why is that? I never gave permission, or consented to my plan being changed. Randomly doing that is fraud and if this doesn’t get fixed immediately, I’ll make sure this gets reported to the better business bureau. I also tried contacting customer support for a live agent, the entire call last 40 seconds of them just saying ‘hello’ repeatedly until I hung up. They called 3 more times with the same thing, I know that they could hear me because they paused every time I spoke. This just bad business practice. I want my plan fixed now because I’m certainly not paying $100 a month for a plan that I didn’t consent to.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
