XFINITY BILLING

I hope this reaches the Xfinity owner starting March 2024. I started Xfinity services due to me moving into my new home and now they keep charging me and my boyfriend double the amount of what we owe a month and then also adding stuff on our account without us knowing so that brought our bill up to $96 a month when it’s $85 a month and then after all that complaining from me they gave us $75 a month and a credit of $142 plus other credits And they said 142 I don’t have to worry about but it’s still on my account come July and he said that it’s still processing and that it’ll go away but it never has and that I called the guy just now and he says that I owe that and that my bill for July is $138 on top of that like what are you kidding me? Why would I owe $138 for July? I owe $75 and that’s it. Xfinity to reach out to me and get this taken care of immediately. I am so over Xfinity I have so many frustrations every single month and I shouldn’t have to worry about anything. Xfinity needs to be shut down.
