Xfinity billing nobody wants to help
In August of 2023 I spoke to an agent regarding canceling my service due to moving. The agent pleasantly let me know my service is cancelled and I would be refunded 32 dollars which I was. Then 2 months later I receive a bill, I contacted Xfinity in December to discuss the erroneous charge and was advised to disregard, that it would be removed from my record. Then now I receive a collections notice for the same amount. I have tried chatting with Xfinity but it goes back to saying I should have paid when this was already discussed and handled. Nobody can help, my credit has decreased significantly due to this error and Xfinity is impossible to fix this issue.
