Xfinity billing me for Hulu

I just noticed that I am being billed by Xfinity for Hulu.  I pay for Hulu through Amazon. I am being double billed.

Thank you for creating a new post and contributing to the Xfinity forums. I understand you noticed you pay for Hulu through Xfinity, but you also pay for the subscription through Amazon. I also wouldn't want to pay for the same service twice, and I'll be glad to help. You can currently managed you subscription on your X1 box, which you can read about here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-hulu-subscription.

If you subscribe to a Hulu plan through Xfinity, you can cancel that plan from the Apps & Subscriptions Management menu.

1) With your remote, go to Settings on your X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box or Flex streaming TV Box. If you have an Xumo Stream Box, scroll down to My Subscriptions on the home screen and skip step 2.

2) Go to Apps & Subscriptions. You can also say "Manage Hulu" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
3) You'll see your current Hulu subscription details. Press the down arrow to get to Unsubscribe, then press OK.
4) Choose Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from Hulu or Back to return to the previous menu.
5) The next screen will confirm you’ve unsubscribed. You can continue watching Hulu until the end of your current Hulu billing cycle. You'll see that your subscription has ended.

When you go back to the Apps & Subscriptions Management menu, you’ll see your current subscription plan and the cancellation date on the left-hand side.

Let me know if you run into any trouble or have any questions along the way.
