Xfinity Bill Charged After Cancellation

I cancelled my Xfinity services and everything disconnected on 05/29/2023. I paid my last bill for services from May 07, 2023 to June 06, 2023. However, I received a bill today for services from Jun 07, 2023 to Jul 06, 2023 even though I do not have a plan, router, or service. How can I make sure this issue is addressed?

Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums, @user_a088bd. What most likely happened is you placed the disconnection request on 1 date and the billing statement happened to print out before the account was completely closed. I know this can be really confusing, and I will be more than happy to take a look at all this for you. Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
