Xfinity automatic payment abnormal deduction

I turned on the auto-pay feature on my xfinity network and my account was debited with a completely wrong amount. I have confirmed with my bank that the debit was from Xfinity.

I do understand that debiting the wrong amount from your account can be a huge inconvenience. In order to help you correctly I will need to go through a couple steps to verify your account.

To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
