Xfinity Assistant won’t start live chat
I need to chat with a live agent to fix an error with my billing (my service was suspended even though I paid my past
due balance) but Xfinity Assistant isn’t working, won’t connect me to a live agent no matter what I type in.

Does the account currently show a past due balance? If the past due balance was updated, the new past due balance amount would need to be paid depending on the bill-date. If there is past due balance, you may be able to set up a payment arrangement quickly and easily online by visiting our 'Set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance' support page. Once a payment arrangement is made or the full past due balance is paid, the account should automatically reconnect within 5-10 minutes.
