Xfinity Assistant Won’t Provide Full Outage Credit

Work was being done in my area last week. A contractor cut my line and I lost internet access for 3 days. I work from home so I had to make alternate arrangements.

I’ve requested an outage credit for those 3 days via Xfinity Assistant but every time I put the dates in it only populates the first day of the outage. Do I have to populate the days individually? Or is there someone who can assist? I know it’s not going to be a huge credit but I was inconvenienced for 3 days.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
