Xfinity App Says Offline but I Have Internet

I am a paying Xfinity customer but my app says I'm no longer a customer. I cannot access the router from my app for port forwarding because it thinks I have no account. I do have an account and internet and pay monthly. I suspect it keeps thinking I'm on my account for my last house but I checked and I selected the correct address.
