xfinity added a second account to my address instead of updating my current plan
Tried updating my current plan with a new promotion plan but instead of replacing the plan i currently had it made a whole new different account with the same address.

Hello @user_daqoew Sorry to hear about the website adding a 2nd account. We can get the new account cancelled and help change the old account if you are still looking to get a new plan. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
