xFi Complete

Hi, I recently passed the promotional offer period for xFi complete and started seeing charges for it on my bill. It seems like this service has been made obsolete since unlimited data and the modem lease are included in the cost of the plans now? If so I'd like to avoid be charged separately for those things.

Thanks

user_iggp5n Hello there, and welcome to Xfinity Forums! I'm here to help in any way I can. Some of our customers are on grandfathered plans, that had xFi Complete as an optional add on. We would need to review over the new plans that have unlimited data, the modem included, and gain customer approval to make the change. Since we need to gather some account details, a Direct Message is needed to access account details outside of public information. I hope this explaination helps. Please let us know if there are any follow up questions we can clarify.
