xFi Complete - can I get the $5 promotion price again?
My two year promotion period ended and my monthly bill jumped from $75 ($70 for 1.2Gbps Internet, $5 for xFi Complete) to $135 ($110 for Internet and $25 for xFi Compete) (btw I receive $10 discount on autopay). I was exploring how to cancel xFi complete. Then I typed "xFi Complete" in Xfinity Assistant. It proivdes a link that basically let me change the plan and get the promotion price back. It can proceed all the way to submit the change order. But I'm not sure I get it right. Can I use this link to get the promotion price again?
