XAP
Who do I speak to about this XAP program. Since when has come Xfinity required that you pay a bill that isn't even due yet before they restore service. Is this the way that xfinity treats the poor. My other question is are you billing your customers for the services you are refusing?

@user_049454 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Xfinity Internet customers who are past due and enrolled in the ACP will be automatically downgraded to the XAP on their soft disconnect date. The plan ensures customers stay connected by transitioning them to the Xfinity Internet service at 100/10 Mbps at a reduced price of $29.95 per month. You won't be charged for services not in use or equipment rental, but taxes and other fees still apply.
